Permian Resources is Hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst Near Midland, TX
- Assist with coding high volumes of capital, facility and G&A type invoices
- Routing invoices through the approval workflows
- Ensure early pay deadlines are met
- Effectively communicate (verbally and written) with AP team members, other departments, and with outside vendors
- Assist with vendor relations
- Research payment issues and work with the AP Manager to get them resolved
- Handle confidential information appropriately
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- 2 years of oil & gas accounting experience
- Proficiency with Quorum, OpenInvoice, Spotfire, Microsoft suite
